Returning
Integrity of returns
Products can only be returned in their original state. If the seal of a product has been broken by the customer or any other entity after arrival, then returning will not be possible. If the product is excessively damaged by the customer or any other entity after arrival, then returning will also not be possible.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Reflection time/return
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. Upon confirming the return of the product, you will be credited the price of your original purchase including shipping costs. Please note that refunding can take up to 14 days after confirmation of return, provided that the product has been received in sufficient order. If the product is not sent back after 14 days, then the return request will be cancelled.
The cost of sending the return to us is for your own costs. If you exercise your right of return, the product will be returned to CollGamers with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. By clicking on the return link, you will be redirected to your customer account. Please fill in your e-mail and then single use code. If you don't want to give your e-mail please contact us through the contact form, to ask for a return manually.
Should the product be damaged or the packaging be damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.
I provided the wrong delivery address!
In case you've provided a wrong delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible through info@collgamers.nl. We will try to adjust the order as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or raw/loose trading cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven't received the credit, please contact us at info@collgamers.nl.
