Pre-order

Definition of Pre-Order

Pre-Order items encompass upcoming releases that have been announced but are not yet available from the manufacturer. Products that will be re-released or restocked in the future will also be designated as "pre-order" within our store.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment for pre-order items is processed immediately upon checkout. While pre-orders are charged immediately, cancellations are permitted before the release date or shipment of items. In such cases, our cancellation policy will be applicable. In the case of an overestimation of our pre-order inventory we will be cancelling the orders manually from our customers. Starting with the latest order. CollGamers cannot be held accountable for these inventory issues.

Shipping for Pre-Order

Products are scheduled to ship around the release date indicated on the product page. However, potential delays may arise due to manufacturing processes. We uphold our commitment to excellent customer service and strive to dispatch orders promptly. Should your pre-ordered product not be shipped within 7 working days of the release date, kindly reach out to our customer service via the "contact" option. Should there be any adjustments to the release dates or stock of upcoming products, we will make every effort to promptly update the information.

Combined Purchases with In-Stock and Pre-Order Items

In instances where an in-stock item is purchased alongside one or more pre-order items, shipping will occur once all items are available in our inventory. If multiple pre-ordered items are consolidated within the same checkout, shipping will commence upon availability of all items.

For expedited receipt of pre-order items, we recommend processing a separate checkout solely for products currently in stock. Please be aware that our cancellation policy remains applicable to partial or complete cancellations under these circumstances.

Shipping Details

Items are dispatched from the Netherlands. Our endeavor is to ship within 1-3 business days after payment is received. However, the specific product and order volume may influence the shipping timeline.

Office days

Our office is open from Monday to Saturday, only during these days will customer service take place. On Sundays and national holidays in the Netherlands, our offices and warehouse are closed. During these times, order processing and customer service operations are temporarily unavailable. Nevertheless, orders continue to be accepted and will be processed at the earliest opportunity.

Shipping costs are calculated and can be reviewed within your shopping cart. 

Combined shipping

Through the addition of multiple products to your cart, you have the option to amalgamate shipping costs during checkout. The cart will automatically compute combined shipping costs based on total item weight, dimensions and price. Given that we typically do not permit the consolidation of separate orders or items except in specific scenarios, please ensure all desired products are added to your cart prior to finalizing the order. 

Local Pick Up

Local pick-ups are free of charge. Please note that our shop is not always physically available. Please look at our events schedule to see which dates are available for local pick-ups.
